Head Coach - Erik Konrad
Coach Erik is back for a third year leading the Tualatin Swimming program. Erik graduated from Forest Grove High School and Portland State University, and has an extensive background in competitive swimming as both an athlete and coach. Some fun facts about Erik are that he has worked in the private sector, lived in both Germany and France, loves swing dance and is currently an Accounting and Marketing teacher at Tualatin High School.

Assistant JV Coach - Jason Hieb
Coach Jason returns for his second year in 2024, bringing with him a strong aquatics background. He started swimming competitively at the age of 5, and was a varsity letterman in both swim and water polo at Tigard High School. At Tigard, Jason was a 1st team All-Metro goalie on 3 occasions and honorable mention one time as a field player. Additionally, he was named 2nd team All-State as a junior and a senior. In 1988 he helped Tigard High win the state championship was co-captain of the 1989 team which placed 2nd. Jason graduated with honors from Montana State University with a BS in Physical Education-Community Health. In his free time, he enjoys running as well as rescuing and raising therapy rabbits with his wife and son on their small farm outside of Sherwood.
